Aggressive lymphoma is always harder to cure than slow-growing lymphoma?

Many aggressive lymphomas, including many cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, can be cured. Slow-growing lymphomas can be controlled for years, but are often hard to eliminate permanently when advanced.

Slow-growing lymphomas may need little treatment for years, and people often live a long time with them, but when advanced, they tend to return after treatment and are less often cured permanently.
