Immunotherapy works for every pancreatic cancer?

The common type of pancreatic cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), usually doesn't respond to current immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitors). A small number of tumours with a feature called MSI-high or dMMR can respond well, which is why tumour testing matters.
