Ewing sarcoma affects only bones?

Most Ewing sarcomas start in bone, but some develop in the soft tissues, for example in the chest wall, the trunk, the limbs or around the spine. These are called extraskeletal Ewing sarcomas. They usually appear as a growing lump, and are treated in a similar way to Ewing sarcoma of bone, with chemotherapy and surgery, radiotherapy or both.
