Treatment has changed considerably. CML, and ALL with the Philadelphia chromosome, are treated with targeted tablets. CLL is often treated with targeted tablets rather than chemotherapy. APL is treated with medicines derived from vitamin A and arsenic. Antibody treatments and immunotherapy are used for some ALL, and CAR-T cell therapy for some relapsed ALL.
