The newest or most expensive cancer medicine is always the best option?

Many newer medicines are major advances for specific cancers, but others offer only small benefits at very high cost, and some are no better than older, cheaper treatments for a particular person. Generic and biosimilar versions of many cancer medicines are available in India and work in the same way. The right treatment is the one with the best evidence for your situation.
